Victoria’s Secret Needs ME As A Model!

Have any of you read the news?

I have. And it seems that once again VSC is cutting out clothing lines and cutting back on the selection of products it sells. No matter what anyone says or however it is explained, just like shuttering store locations, it’s never a good sign.

I remember when things were very different.

Being a VSC lover and loyal customer for at least the past 20 years, I do remember when the company offered more and more beautiful clothing items, shoes, boots, handbags, and winter coats that were truly gorgeous despite being affordably priced. Add all of that to the legendary lingerie lines and swimsuits and it seemed to this savvy shopper that VSC could very well survive the apocalypse.

Not exactly what has happened.

The problem with VSC is that it did not change with the times. Staying with only, and I do mean ONLY, very thin teenage-looking models has been their preference. What have those models done for the bottom line? Not a thing it appears. Not a darn thing!

Victoria’s Secret is like any other company on the planet. If it doesn’t meet the demands of the consumer it is doomed. And that’s exactly what has happened.

Why Victoria’s Secret Needs Me As A Model.

I’m the perfect model for the company and I’m just what it needs to turn things around and get back on top.

At 59 I have a rockin’ body, but, I’m not obsessive about it or “trying” to look younger. I’m a fitness pro and I love yoga, being very active and I enjoy the challenge of making great-tasting food that’s also very healthy. So that’s a great combination for keeping in shape.

I have been blessed with good genes. Like any model or actress we have that certain “something” that makes us good for ads/commercials not to mention TV shows and movies.

I love the camera. I’m super comfortable in front of it and would make terrific commercials and ads for VSC.

Last but not least – times have changed and I’m DIFFERENT from what the “old stand by model” is like. What is advertising anyway? It’s all about the unique, the cutting edge and doing what has never been done before!

VSC hiring me as a model would get tons of media attention. The world would stop and notice. Not only that but it would send out such a positive message to women around the world. Not everyone peaks at 20, and yes the middle-aged body can be terrific!

Additionally, younger women would have a very positive role model to look to in me. I’m mom to a severely autistic son and I have never given up on my dream of becoming a professional actress/model. I’m pursuing it and I’ll keep going until I reach that goal. It’s all well and good to talk the talk to kids, but, leading by example is the #1 way to show them that you mean what you say.

Evidence of my popularity.

I started www.facebook.com/nancywelkeractress on July 26, 2016. I’m one woman who has not as yet landed that big role or nationwide ad campaign. I’m not the “face” of any product. And I don’t have a staff of people or even a virtual assistant helping me out.

And yet, in just 3 weeks, I have more than 11K likes on that Facebook page. That’s remarkable to say the least. I believe that I can say with utmost confidence, that if I were to be hired as a VSC model my likes would skyrocket to the millions. And that is exactly the kind of positive media attention Victoria’s Secret needs!

YES!! I would love to see advertising go in a new direction! Use women like you who are amazing and yet still down to Earth and not some crazy idea of what we should all look like. If VSC asks me I’m in favor of you in their ads!

Exactly! It’s ridiculous that companies hire only the teenagers. It’s time to mix it up! You’d be a great VSC mom kind of like a sorority mom! How great!!!

I agree completely. Advertising must change. None of us want to see those teenage faces over and over and over. It’s actually getting boring. They’re pretty but come on let’s see something else!! YOU are the right combination of beauty and brains. VSC would be out of their minds to pass you by.

For sure! I just heard that VSC is going out of business. Can’t confirm it but I know they have cut almost all their lines so there’s not much to sell anymore. That company should hire you in a second. You’d be a media sensation and that’s just what they need.
